Britany and Alfredo came all the way from Florida for their Breckenridge elopement! They wanted a snowy, winter experience, and they sure got it. Their elopement day was a beautiful sunny day with snow all around.

They started the day by getting ready in their Airbnb in downtown Breckenridge. Then we all drove to Sapphire Point Overlook for the ceremony. After the ceremony, Britany and Alfredo took the gondola up to Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. We took photos at the bottom of the lifts, admired the view, and watched the skiers and snowboarders. When we got back to town, we walked around to take more photos and then headed to a local restaurant for dinner and dancing.

Breckenridge Elopement

Britany and Alfredo had a small, intimate wedding with friends, family, and their three daughters. Britany said –

“We just didn’t want to spend the money on a huge wedding. We liked the idea of being with just our close family and friends.”

The most important thing for them was to enjoy the day and have fun! They also got to experience several different locations within Breckenridge. They chose Sapphire Point Overlook for their ceremony, which is an outdoor observation area that you can reserve for wedding and elopement ceremonies. The overlook offers stunning views of Dillon Reservoir and the mountains beyond.

They also took a gondola ride, which is a fun, free wedding activity that gives you up-close views of the ski resort peaks.

Overall, it was a wonderful winter Colorado day!
