Chelsea and Jack’s Spruce Mountain Ranch Wedding was a beautiful celebration! Their day reflected everything they hoped for: a natural Colorado mountain vibe and lots of fun.

Their Story

Chelsea and Jack met on the very first day of college at Colorado School of Mines. What started as a freshman-year connection grew into a decade-long relationship, and this year marked 10 years together. Their wedding day was not just a celebration of their marriage, but also a reflection of the life they have built side by side since their early college days.

Spruce Mountain Ranch Wedding

Their wedding took place at Spruce Mountain Ranch. Both Chelsea and Jack got ready onsite. Rather than a traditional first look, they chose a first “touch” on the property prior to the ceremony.

Their ceremony was held at Trey’s Vista, surrounded by the scenic beauty that defines Spruce Mountain Ranch. The overall inspiration for the day centered on a Colorado mountain vibe with a natural feel and a slight Chinese influence woven into the celebration.

One of the most memorable elements of the day was the beverage burros! This detail carried special meaning for the couple, as Blaster, the Colorado School of Mines mascot, appeared as one of the beverage burros, a personal nod to where their story began.

The reception followed in the Ponderosa Room. We had amazing golden light for sunset photos, and Chelsea made a mid-reception outfit change into traditional Chinese attire. Jack and his mom surprised everyone with a choreographed mother-son dance.

This was such a fun day, and it was an honor to celebrate with Chelsea and Jack!
