Lost Gulch Overlook Elopement | Judy + Cam

Judy and Cam had a beautiful elopement at Lost Gulch Overlook in Boulder, Colorado.

They’re “not one for the spotlight” and didn’t want the stress or cost of a big wedding. They just wanted something “small and meaningful, without all the fuss”. They said they wanted to “have fun and enjoy their time together.”

Their Story

Judy is from a small town in South Africa called Maclear, and Cam is from Texas. Judy came to the U.S. on a golf scholarship, which was her first time leaving the country.

The two met in college because they had the same major, Mass Communications. They became friends in a Storytelling class, and in their words: “which is fitting because, well, here we are with quite a story to tell.”

Lost Gulch Overlook Elopement

Joined by a few of their closest family members, Judy and Cam exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony at Lost Gulch Overlook in Boulder, Colorado. This location is easily accessible with stunning views of the mountains, making it one of my favorite locations in Boulder! After the ceremony, Judy and Cam took sunset photos just the two of them, and then we went somewhere else with a completely different vibe – a local laundromat! We had so much fun taking creative photos in the laundromat, and we were all thrilled with how the photos turned out.
