Shayla and Tim celebrated an intimate wedding at Hotel Teatro in Denver, Colorado. Hotel Teatro was the perfect spot for the cozy, enchanted library vibe they envisioned for their day. And one of my favorite parts of the day – after the ceremony, everyone walked through downtown Denver together to get tea from Milk Tea People! It was a really fun and intentional day centered around family and faith!

In their words:
“We met on Hinge after we both had almost given up! We got frozen yogurt for our first date and talked long enough that we both wish we’d gotten dinner!”
When planning their wedding, they wanted something small and meaningful where they could focus on what mattered most to them. Tim and Shayla prioritized three things: getting married, honoring God, and enjoying time with their family.

Shayla and Tim chose Hotel Teatro in downtown Denver for their wedding. The cozy atmosphere of the hotel’s Study, with its bookcase and fireplace, was exactly the kind of intimate setting they envisioned.
After getting ready, Shayla shared a first look with her dad, followed by a private first look with Tim. Then, the three of us took a little walk around downtown to take some photos of the two of them before the ceremony.
Their ceremony took place in the Hotel Teatro Study, officiated by Shayla’s brother.
After family photos in front of the fireplace, everyone took a walk through downtown Denver to get tea at Milk Tea People, one of Tim and Shayla’s favorite spots. in downtown Denver for a fun stop together before continuing the evening back at Hotel Teatro!
We all walked back to Hotel Teatro, where the Study had been transformed into an incredible enchanted library for dinner.
The evening included a delicious five-course dinner at Hotel Teatro. And Shayla’s mom made the cake!
