Alexis and Michael got a perfect sunrise for their engagement photos in Boulder, Colorado!

The couple met in college at Muskingum University. They love to hike, camp, and rock climb, so they decided to visit Boulder together for their engagement photos. Alexis and Michael really love the outdoors and wanted their engagement photos to capture the mountains.

On the day of their session, we got up bright and early and met in the parking lot before sunrise. With headlamps and backpacks, we hiked about a mile into the mountains near Boulder. We stopped at a high point to watch the sunrise. It was a beautiful morning, and the sunrise cast golden light all over the mountains and valleys.
