Located outside of Colorado Springs, Paint Mines Interpretive Park is a really unique location for engagement photos in Colorado. The colorful clay rock formations are fun to explore and make for a very cool backdrop. The pale formations include bands of bright colors, caused by oxidized iron compounds.

Katie and Brody had one of their first dates at Paint Mines Interpretive Park, and wanted to go back for their engagement photos! I love that they have a special connection to this place, and they will always be able to look back and even go back to this park that is meaningful to them.
