Intimate Rehoboth Beach Wedding | Chelsea + Conway

Chelsea and Conway had to change their entire wedding due to COVID-19, but their wedding ended up being a really unique, beautiful, fun celebration despite the circumstances! Their wedding day included a parade, a bagpiper, street party, and a private catered dinner in a family beach house.

Their Story

They met through a mutual friend, Kaitlin. Conway went to grade school with her and Chelsea was co-workers/good friends/ roomies with her in Annapolis. After one night of drinks, it just clicked. In Chelsea’s words “There has honestly never been such a feeling that came so naturally as we came together. After that the rest was history.” They both have a love for the beach and themed their wedding day around coastal Delaware.

Their Wedding

Chelsea and Conway had to change their wedding day plans due to COVID, but they still found a way to make it special! They were married in the church that Chelsea grew up going to, and the bench outside the church is dedicated to her grandparents. After the ceremony, a bagpiper led everyone out of the church for a parade around the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. Then, friends and family gathered for a street party. The wedding day ended with a private catered dinner just for family in a house on the Delaware Bay. It was a unique, beautiful day that felt perfect, despite the circumstances.

After the ceremony and street party, a small group of friends and family took the Small Wonder Bus to a private beach house for an intimate catered dinner.
